Effortlessly Add Batch Contact Lists with Our New System
Hey everyone! Just a quick update on something really exciting. We've rolled out a new feature in our system that’s going to make adding multiple contacts a breeze. Gone are the days of tediously inputting each contact by hand or importing a clunky spreadsheet. Now, you can simply upload a CSV file and watch as all your contacts are added smoothly and quickly.
So, how does it work? It’s actually pretty simple. You just need to make sure your CSV file is formatted correctly, with each contact having a unique email address in the first column. After that, you can click on the “Import Contacts” button on your dashboard, select the file, and hit upload. Voila! All your contacts are now ready to be used for your campaigns.
Initially, I was a bit skeptical about how well this would work. I mean, dealing with large lists of contacts can be a headache, especially if things go wrong. But after giving it a try, I was pleasantly surprised. It handled everything flawlessly and even gave me a list of contacts that weren't added because they had errors in the data. That's some serious customer care right there!
Also, the support team is absolutely fantastic. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, they were always available to help out. I remember one time I accidentally uploaded a file with the wrong format, and they walked me through the steps to fix it, making sure everything was set up correctly. It’s great to know that I can rely on them whenever I need a hand.
